This is a yoga practise that flows from one pose to the next. That way, students come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience.
Vinyasa flow is really an umbrella term for many other styles of yoga and I usually mix things up a bit depending on the class. Sometimes doing a slower flow class and other times upping the tempo. This class is more suitable to those with a bit of yoga experience but I adapt it to suit all levels so beginners are welcome.
