In these weekly sessions, you will learn how to stretch & strengthen your body to ease the process of supporting a growing belly. Tone & strengthen muscles in preparation for labour & birth. Use deep mindful breathing techniques to relax the body & mind, overcoming fears & anxiety surrounding the birthing process. Connect & bond with your baby bump. Make friends with like minded mothers to be!
