ur 45 minute Kettlebell class is designed to give your entire body a full workout.

By using Kettlebells your not only building muscle but also increasing your endurance and improving your cardio.

Kettlebells can also aid with coordination, flexibility and strength.

We have a selection of kettlebells for you to use so that you can get the most our of your workout.

£5 per adult and if you have a exercise mat can you bring that along as well.
