Duration – 45 Minutes
Class Layout – Warm Up, 4 x rounds of 8 exercises. 45 seconds on followed by 15 seconds of rest and then a cool down. This is subject to change depending on class size and equipment being used. Our aim is to make each class different from the last.
Suitable for – All are welcome. Suitable for any fitness levels. Beginner and advanced versions are shown for most, if not all exercises. Customers attending go at their own pace. There will be different stations with certain exercises. It will be a mixture of bodyweight exercises and equipment being used.
Good For – Toning up, strength, endurance and overall fitness.
Bring Along – Water and a towel.
Cost - £6.50 per person per class. Alternatively, you can buy a 10 class pass for £50 ( the 10 classes must be used within 10 weeks ). Or you can take advantage of our monthly payment for unlimited access to all of Energy Kick Fitness classes at Great Park Community Centre, which is only £39 per person each month !! Ask for details. Or train with your partner and buy the couples unlimited classes for only £59 per couple per month!! Ask for details.
