Duration – 45 Minutes
Class Layout – Warm Up, 4 x rounds of 8 exercises. 45 seconds on followed by 15 seconds of rest. This is subject to change.
Our aim is to make each class different from the last.
Suitable for – All are welcome. Suitable for any fitness levels. Beginner and advanced versions are shown for most, if not all exercises. Customers attending go at their own pace.
Good For – Weight loss, toning up, endurance and overall fitness.
Bring Along – Water, mat and a towel.
Cost - £5 per person per class. Alternatively you can buy a 10 class package for £40 ( the 10 classes must be used within 10 weeks ).
We also have Personal Training Packages that include unlimited classes. Please ask for more details.
