Bodyweight Cardio Circuit
When – Wednesday 6 - 6:45pm.
Duration – 45 Minutes
Class Layout – Warm Up, 4 x rounds of 8 exercises. 45 seconds on followed by 15 seconds rest. This is subject to change.
Our aim is to make each class different from the last.
Suitable for – All are welcome. Suitable for any fitness level, great for beginners. Customers attending go at their own pace.
Good For – Weight loss, toning up, endurance and overall fitness.
Bring Along – Water, mat and a towel.
Cost - £8 per person per class. Alternatively you can take advantage of our monthly payment of £39 per person which gives you unlimited access to all of our classes at Great Park Community Centre.
