This class is for those who have had some experience of yoga. Ashtanga is a dynamic style of yoga. It offers a series of poses, each held for only five breaths and punctuated by a half sun salutation to keep up the pace. It follows the same sequence so that students can quickly know what is coming next and can see their progression. It’s a fantastic yoga practice, building strength and flexibility in the body, loosening tight muscles and realigning and detoxifying the body and nervous system.
