Ashtanga Yoga

Our beginners yoga class is a gentle and friendly introduction into yoga for ABSOLUTE beginners or for those who want to go back to basics . The class includes an understanding of the different aspects of yoga (the bhandas, the mudras, the breath), 10 minutes warm up and 40 minutes of actual yoga practice, followed by a 7 minute meditation practice.
