Our classes allow expecting mums to prepare their body and mind for this amazing event .

Using a combination of asana, pranayama, mudra and relaxation, our pregnancy yoga class will help expectant mums feel strong, grounded, rejuvenated, and inspired. It's a complete practice to build strength and suppleness of the body and mind for both pre and post birth .
